climates was created for the project „eventuell. utopia“, but rather thematizes dystopia and related global warming. The piece is a concept improvisation with given scenes; a scene consists of a certain visual landscape with characteristic sounds on the tape as well as a playing instruction for the saxophonist and live electronics. With the help of two climate sensors, live data is incorporated into the piece and influences various parameters of the visuals and live electronics.
